Growth Through Connection
I believe that relationships are vital to our sense of self and wellbeing in the world. Our relationships sustain and support us in crucial ways, which is why we can feel impossibly stuck when we are struggling within them. They also challenge us and encourage our growth, and from that growth we further deepen and enrich our relationships. This bi-directional relational view serves as a foundation for all areas of my practice of therapy.
